When Elisha encountered the forty-two youths
He reacted quite crudely to some little home truths,
‘You’re a bald-headed bastard!’ they coarsely expressed,
Unaware of the power the prophet possessed,
What Elisha missed out on, in terms of his hair,
Was made up well and truly by two fearsome bears
Who appeared at the call of the prophet––quick smart––
And ferociously tore those uncouth lads apart.
